Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they apply to your use of this website at www.ritualchai.com.au. By accessing or using this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Ritual Chai may revise these terms and conditions if required in order to ensure the highest level of protection for our users and to comply with legislation.
2. Privacy Policy
Ritual Chai values the protection of your privacy and treats your personal information with the highest levels of confidentiality. This privacy policy tells you how we use personal information collected at this site as well as payment and refund information. Please read this privacy policy before submitting any personal information. By using this site you are accepting the practices described in this privacy policy.
Information that you supply directly, such as through an online order or through general enquiries, is used only to provide the best service to our customers and personal information and is always stored securely. This information will not be available to third parties unless requested by government agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when, (1) Permitted or required by law. (2) Trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorised transactions. (3) Investigating fraud that has already taken place. Your information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.
3. Purchasing and Payment
When an order is made on our website, we record sufficient personal details to confirm your identity, and to ensure we send goods to the correct address. At no time do we record your credit card information on our site. When you purchase goods at www.ritualchai.com.au your payment details are processed securely through a secure payment gateway. After your order is processed, your payment details are not stored in any form.

4. Product Availability
Whilst we make every effort to ensure availability of all products shown on this site, at any one time there may be items unavailable. If a purchase of an unavailable item is made, the purchaser will be offered the choice of a full refund, or to choose another product.
5. Postage
Ritual Chai ships domestically using Australia Post and Fastway Couriers for all deliveries. We want our product to reach you as quickly as possible wherever you may be located and we offer a great flat rate for shipping on all orders throughout Australia of $11 (or free for orders over $50). All orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of your order being placed. Delivery within Australia takes between 2-5 working days after the order has been dispatched, depending on your location. 6.Return Policy
If we supply an incorrect product, please notify us at soulbrewed@ritualchai.com.au within 48 hours of delivery and as long as the product is unopened we will arrange the correct product to be sent at no additional cost.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us on soulbrewed@ritualchai.com.au so we can exchange or refund accordingly.
In the instance that a product may have exceeded its use by date when received, or is faulty in some way, Ritual Chai will replace the product at no additional cost.
We do not exchange or refund for change of mind, individual tastes or incorrect products ordered.
